DHARAMSALA: Girl students of Dronacharya Nursing College are living in a state of fear for a last two days as some anti-social elements in a locality had forcibly tried twice to enter a girls hostel situated at Yol near here. About 70 girls live in a nursing college hostel, who spent a night in fear, after a person banged his car repeatedly at a hostel gate at around 11.45 pm on Tuesday night. In a similar incident earlier, a group of 8-10 miscreants had attacked a hostel with hockey sticks and thrown stones at a girls' room, breaking a window panes. Vice-principal of a college was additionally thrashed by miscreants with hockey sticks, who perceived critical injuries in a head. On Wednesday, college authorities have created a letter to local military hire seeking unchanging check for offenders. Principal of a college, Lalit Sharma, said it is a second incident in a last two days. "Though military have arrested 3 persons, a unchanging check on such offenders is additionally necessary," he said. The incident has left a girls terrified. College authorities have demanded despotic movement against a culprits to curb such incidents in future. SP, Kangra, Diljeet Thakur, said they have perceived a complaint from a college and have already arrested 3 accused -- Anineesh Kumar, Sonu and Daman Kumar. A motorcycle and hockey sticks have additionally been impounded, she said.
